2. EVENT TICKET PURCHASE
Tickets purchased through this website are valid only for the specific event, date, and venue mentioned.
Once a ticket is purchased:
• The ticket holder must carry valid ID proof if required
• Entry will be allowed only with valid ticket confirmation (QR / Email confirmation)
• Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically permitted by the organiser
Rise & Shine Advisory LLP reserves the right to refuse admission in case of violation of event rules.
3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in the following cases:
• Event cancellation by the organizer
• Event rescheduling where the ticket holder cannot attend
In such cases, refund or transfer options may be provided at the organizer’s discretion.
Service charges, gateway charges, or platform fees may be non-refundable.
4. EVENT CHANGES
The organizer reserves the right to:
• Change event timing
• Change venue within the same city
• Modify the event program or lineup
Such changes shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless the event is cancelled.
5. ENTRY POLICY
Entry to the event may be subject to the following conditions:
• Valid ticket verification
• Compliance with security checks
• Adherence to venue rules
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants in case of:
• Misconduct
• Intoxication
• Disruptive behaviour
• Violation of event guidelines
No refund will be issued in such cases.

Participants below the specified age may require parental consent or accompaniment.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to others may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
By attending the event, participants consent that:

• Event recordings
may be captured and used by Rise & Shine Advisory LLP for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rise & Shine Advisory LLP shall not be responsible for:
• Personal injury
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
The organizer shall not be liable for cancellation or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Civil disturbances

• Branding
• Event content
• Graphics and media

12. GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or event participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
